Start…
Archer Recruitment appears on the scene, opening its door on Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin City.
2009
Strategy…
Archer makes the strategic decision to be a specialist IT and Change recruitment consultancy. We deliver targeted solutions to our clients and the beginning of the Recport group’s ethos of specialist focus.
2012
Growing…
Archer opens an IT Recruitment Company (Archer IT Recruitment) on the sunny Mediterranean Island of Malta.
2015
Expansion…
Our family expands yet again, as we open another agency.
Access Healthcare starts to serve the healthcare sector, with a focus on temporary healthcare recruitment solutions.
2016
Marketplace…
Accelerate Recruitment is established to service Malta with a truly specialised finance and legal recruitment consultancy.
2018
Training and Development…
Recport invests significantly in training and development. There is the development of a learning management system and one-to-one training which trains consultants how to become the best recruitment consultants they can be. We invest in management development and promote several high performers to partner level.

The organisation has over 100 consultants and is powered by a group of highly skilled professionals that share a vision for delivering valuable recruitment solutions and a desire for growth.
